Welcome everyone to Doctoral School Days 2024 organized by Doctoral School of Health and Life Sciences (ED414)

Join us for this two-days seminar organised by PhD students for PhD students.During these two days, you will also meet PhD students' associations and professionals.

Choose your favourite format and take the opportunity to present your work:

• Blitz Talk (3 min): Keep it short and to the point, just 3 minutes to share your amazing work with everyone!
• Long Talk (10 min) : Don't miss this rare opportunity to present the work of your PhD life!
• Poster meeting: you know what it is, make it simple and bright! 

Here are the main lines, although the final programme is not yet available:

Day 1:

• Inspiring talks
• Scientific presentations by and for the PhD students: long talks (10 min), lightning talks (3 min) and poster presentations. You are invited to send us your abstracts!

Day 2:

• Round tables with professionals   
• Forum of the PhD Students' Association

PS : We are happy to accept every student, at least for a poster presentation. However, we cannot guarantee a slot for everyone and may ask you to present a poster instead, as the number of slots for long talks and blitz talks is limited.

How to submit your abstract?

To present your research work, send us an abstract of your presentation and specify your preferred type of presentation (long talk, blitz talk or poster). We advise you to submit an abstract and a poster to ensure that your work is presented. If you have any problems, please contact us at dsdays414unistra@gmail.com

Here is the procedure:

• Register on the website through the "Registration" page in the main menu.
• Submit your abstract through the "My submission" page in your private space (don't forget to mention the year of the PhD you are preparing).
• Check your emails for submission confirmation! (It can take a few days).
